"Evan has been great to work with. I initially reached out for a quote quite some time ago and didn’t follow up, but I really appreciated that he checked in periodically without ever being pushy. When I was ready, I reached back out and I’m glad I did.

He was incredibly clear in explaining the different policy options and took the time to walk me through everything. He also looked for ways to save me money by bundling my auto and home insurance. After some hesitation on my end, I decided to move forward, and he ended up saving me about $400 a year.

"I love my Customer Service Representative.... it's hilarious when I call for any reason I get time same person.... mind you I am calling a 800 number. My question is... are you guys holding her hostage? If I call one more time and she answers im getting S.W.A.T. to come and rescue her.
